Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from Gadgetsphere Communications (BN 7390270), trading as gadgetsphere, on mygadgetsphere.com, on WhatsApp or at our shop at Shop G17, Tairas Plus Plaza, 12 Oshitelu Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos 100271, Nigeria. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Everything we sell is brand new. Product details come from the manufacturer. If you’re not sure a model is right for you, ask us on WhatsApp before you buy, or come and see it at our shop.

2. Prices and stock

Prices are in naira (₦). Prices and stock move with the market, so each product page shows when its prices were last updated. WhatsApp us to confirm the item is in stock and today’s price before you pay.

3. Your order

When you order on the website, you’ll get an email with your order number. We’ll contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to arrange pickup or delivery.

4. If we can’t supply your item

If we can’t supply an item you’ve paid for, we’ll contact you and ask for a day or two to get it in. If we still can’t fulfil your order, we’ll refund you.

5. Payment

You can pay by bank transfer into our official account, or at the shop by bank transfer or cash when you pick up. Only pay into the account shown at checkout and on our payment safety page. Any other account is not us.

6. Delivery and pickup

You can pick up free at our shop or have your order delivered. Same-day delivery in Lagos, unless the order comes in late. We send to other states by flight, road or courier, whichever you choose. The delivery fee isn't fixed: it depends on fuel prices and the route. See our delivery and pickup page for details.

7. Ownership and risk

The device becomes yours once it’s fully paid for. It’s your responsibility from the moment you collect it, or from the moment it’s handed to you or to the courier you choose.

8. Warranty

Our warranty is a 1-year software warranty. Liquid, physical and screen damage are not covered. To claim, bring the device and its invoice to Shop G17. See our warranty page.

9. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing in them takes away your rights under Nigerian consumer law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
